We are all looking for peace whether we know it or not, but we are likely looking in all the wrong places. From apps to social media, a lot of promises are made, and none are kept. Christ offers us true peace- it’s up to us whether we want to surrender and have it!

Fr. Daniel Belken is a priest of the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau of the Roman Catholic Church. He was ordained to the Priesthood on June 12, 2020, and currently serves as the Parochial Administrator at St. Denis Parish in Benton, Missouri, and St. Lawrence Parish in New Hamburg, Missouri, as well as being the Director of Worship and Liturgy for the Diocese.
